Shipping Information

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days - £3.95
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days - £5.95
  • Free Delivery: On orders over £50

Collection from Brighton Store

Free collection available from our Brighton store. Select "Collection" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened CBD products
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice
  • Products must be in resaleable condition

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via email or our contact form within 14 days of receipt
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a returns authorization
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item back to us (you're responsible for return postage costs)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refunds

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We'll refund the cost of the products and standard delivery charges (if you paid for delivery). We won't refund express delivery charges unless the return is due to our error.

Return Postage Costs

You're responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item sent).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Your Rights

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the following rights:

  • Short-term right to reject: Up to 30 days if goods are faulty
  • Right to repair or replacement: After 30 days if goods are faulty
  • Right to price reduction or refund: If repair or replacement isn't possible
